The Yankees introduced Mark Teixeira to the world. In is speech, he said he was a Yankee fan as a kid. That means, the Orioles had no shot at him. So what if he grew up here, he wasn't a fan. It is a great thing that the Yankees have him. He is now one of the most hated men in Baltimore. I could care less about this. The Orioles weren't in a position to sign a player with his price. It still surprising that he wasn't an O's fan.
